Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of its delivery date.

Please note that refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of an e-gift card. We do not offer money back refunds on returned items.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tag still attached.

Exclusions

Items not eligible for refunds:

  • Discounted items
  • Items used with promo codes
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories 

Shipping Costs

We do not refund the original shipping costs, and we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for our customer support team to reach out to you by email to provide you with the store e-gift card.
